As Head of Incubation at STFC, Amy leads the strategic development and operation of the organisation’s business incubation ecosystem, creating the ideal conditions for deep-tech start-ups to thrive. She is passionate about supporting early-stage deep tech businesses and brings first-hand insight into their unique needs, having supported numerous start-ups in tech-transfer roles and co-founded several ventures, including, most recently, a wearable health tech company. Amy combines significant business experience with a high level of technical understanding, enabling her to make a meaningful impact on the growth and success of early-stage deep tech enterprises.
